If you would like to be considered to become a beneficiary, there are certain criteria that you must meet:
“Almspeople shall be persons in need who (except in special cases to be approved by the Commissioners) are resident in the City of Westminster at the time of appointment. If when a vacancy arises there are no suitably qualified applicants, the trustees may appoint any person in need resident in the City of Westminster. This may include the appointment of a married couple or couple in a civil partnership.”
